The Alien Aero (4 to 48 Pot) 15L Black Series, uses the air culture technique to allow for greater control over the environment around the root area. A powerful, but quiet, water pump delivers the nutrient solution to Micro sprinklers on each lid. You can adjust the time and frequency of feeding to meet the specific needs of each plant species.
Because the roots don't get trapped in any medium, harvesting and crop rotation are easy because they are suspended in the air.
The removal of the growing medium can be very beneficial for plants roots. They will grow faster if they have more oxygen. Aeroponic systems also have a high water efficiency. Aeroponic systems use 95 percent less water per unit than plants that are grown in soil.
