The Screen of Green (SCROG) growing technique trains plants to grow horizontally rather than vertically. As each branch reaches the screen, it is gently tucked beneath the net and guided into an empty section. This creates an even canopy where every flowering site receives similar light intensity.
Instead of producing one dominant top cola, the plant develops multiple large flowering sites across the entire screen, allowing your grow light to be used far more efficiently.
