The Precision Irrigation Controllers (PICs - grey boxes) allow you to connect up 4 x solenoid valves at 24 volts, and 4 sensors. The DAB Pump is a special pump that operates under constant pressure. When the solenoid opens, the pressure falls and the pump activates.

With a Growlink subscription, the PIC offers Wifi, Ethernet, as well alerts via text, email, and push notifications. It will give you a total if you have multiple sensors. You can set automation rules that turn your solenoids on if WC is equal to X%.

The Growlink App allows you to easily visualise data, evaluate rule performance and test new optimizations. The app provides free data access and most growers can work with it. For those who want more, the web portal offers a lot more data and graphs. The basic plan is 55p per day.

Alarms & Alerts – Growlink alarms or alerts inform operators about important events and conditions within the system. Alarms indicate events of critical importance that need immediate attention.
